I appreciated the fact that our room was conveniently located close to the road, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Although we had requested a quiet room, I found the slight noise didn’t detract much from the overall cleanliness and charm of the somewhat small space.
One minor drawback was the somewhat limited amenities in the hallway, which felt a bit lacking in warmth and character.

The location was easy, close enough to Eastern Creek, In an industrial area, next to a race track, outer suburbs and Australia. I got a new-fashioned and airy room with a laptop safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. Terrific service, though a few employees where quite busy.

Great Experience at Alpha Hotel Eastern Creek
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location; being so close to the racetrack was a huge advantage for my team and me. The highlight of my stay was definitely the world's largest wave pool, which provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of meetings. the sandy beach inspired by Manly Beach was a lovely touch, making it feel like a mini getaway. The longest slide in the world was another thrilling experience that I couldn't resist trying out!
Uncomfortable bedding.

Staying at Alpha Hotel Eastern Creek was convenient with my 6-month-old, especially due to the ample parking. The room was a good size with excellent blackout curtains, perfect for restful nights. Our view of the Sydney Motorsport Park was a bonus, and while there were noise concerns from other guests, we didn't experience any disturbances. The staff were genuinely supportive during a stressful time for our family. the mattress was damaged , as was the cleanliness in some areas. it served our purpose well for a family stay.

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway, and it was enjoyable overall. The location was fantastic with ample parking, making it easy to explore. The friendly staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the affordable price included a delicious buffet breakfast. I appreciated the spacious room equipped for mobility needs, and the availability of snacks at reception allowed for a comfortable stay without cluttering the fridge.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Pleasant staff, excellent room service
Breakfast bacon and eggs were cold at 6.45. Coffee machine was messy in operation and coffee was not very nice.

The location is a total win if you're into racing; it's right across from the racetrack, which was super convenient! The staff were friendly, making check-in a breeze, and the free parking was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant—great service and the food was pretty tasty.
My experience was marred by a few issues. The air-conditioning in my room barely worked, making it super uncomfortable. Plus, the beds were a nightmare—definitely not what I expected for the price! To top it off, the restaurant closed way earlier than advertised, which was a huge letdown for late-night snacks.

I had a pleasant stay at the Alpha, where everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The friendly reception staff made check-in a breeze, and I appreciated the restaurant's wide selection of food and drinks. I've been here several times before, and the ambiance is always welcoming. The location is convenient, too, which adds to the overall experience.
Nothing significant, but breakfast was hectic! 😅.
