The location was easy, close enough to Eastern Creek, In an industrial area, next to a race track, outer suburbs and Australia. I got a new-fashioned and airy room with a laptop safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. Terrific service, though a few employees where quite busy.

The staff here were friendly and the place was kept tidy, providing exceptional service.

The hotel was nice, I greatly enjoyed its knowledgeable staff. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. The property had an executive bar and a nice restaurant. Had a good time.

The breakfast offers a wide range of decent food. the setting is fantastic, conveniently located just off the race track and near the Sydney Motorsport Park, making it an ideal spot for racing enthusiasts.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a relaxing area, just next door to outer suburbs of Sydney and the western suburbs and the Sydney Motorsport Park where whe head off after check out. The room was large with kitchenette when I arrived.

Pleasant staff, excellent room service

Breakfast bacon and eggs were cold at 6.45. Coffee machine was messy in operation and coffee was not very nice.

I had a fantastic stay with my family, and the spacious room was perfect for us. the location was ideal for our plans, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety on the menu.

This place offers a wonderfully restful stay for those who travel often. the on-site bar is nice, and the room is airy and surprisingly quiet. the bathroom is great, and the bed is really comfortable. 🌟.

It was new and close to the venue we needed to be at every day. The restaurant was very good and the reception staff were excellent

Close to Eastern Creek Track

TV was broken and despite requersts was never replaced. Breakfast only at 7am - too late.

The staff here were amazing, the location was great, and we had a lovely dinner with drinks at Bar Cantina nearby.

The "King" size bed was comfortable.

Short staffed. The switch for the shower was broken and had to be taped so that we could shower. The light in the wardrobe was switched on and suddenly fell from the roof while we were in the room. My daughter had just gotten clothes out so we're lucky she wasn't under the light when it fell. This couldn't be fixed as maintenance weren't working until the Monday. The safety tag that was meant to be on the cord of the toaster had fallen off and was inside the toaster. The sofa bed was so saggy in the middle that when you have two sleeping on it, both people roll into the middle together and can't lie flat. My youngest slept on the floor instead of the uncomfortable sofa bed. My friends who'd also booked and paid for a trackside suite "missed out" as the hotel was full and apparently priority goes to those who check in first. Their family was split into two rooms that weren't even close to each other (I only booked the suite because they did).

I always return here for my romantic escapes. the staff once helped me print important documents, which I appreciated. With great Wi-Fi, free parking, and a lovely pool, this place has everything I need for a perfect stay!
